And I have done for a long time and probably will for a long time from now. The 5d mk2 HD shooting business is great, i am almost at the stage where I dont have to own video cameras at all any more. Red with the release of the scarlet was meant to be the company that saved me from having to travel with four cameras in my bags when heading to the US, which I usually do every Australian Winter. But it was Canon, which by the way has been my camera of choice ( EOS ) ever since I first started, well the first cameras I bought anyways, the first camera I had was my dads Minolta, which I destroyed, sorry dad.
Rigging up my EOS HD shooting cameras has been a bit of a pricey mission but now they, I say they because I have either a 5dmk2 or 7d to shoot with, but images are truly amazing that come out of the cameras. Here is a still images of some macro video I shot of my Tag Hueur watch, I will get the vid clip up on youtube and post the link soon. The gear used was a Kessler pocket dolly, 2 x manfrotto heads, a satchler light and a LED mag light some super clamps a Canon 5D MK2 with a Canon 24-105 lens with an extender tube.
